Project Manager /Scheduler - Defense Modernization Program

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex , highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm.
OTS is currently seeking a Project Manager /Scheduler to support a major multi-year Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This effort involves the modernization of an Air Operations Center, upgrades to Command and Control (C2) and radar systems, and modernization of IT and telecommunications infrastructure.

OTS is currently seeking a Project Manager /Scheduler to support a major multi-year Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This effort involves the modernization of an Air Operations Center, upgrades to Command and Control (C2) and radar systems, and modernization of IT and telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- M aintain and submit the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with contract specifications and OTS standards.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; monitor progress and communicate schedule updates to internal teams and the customer.
- M anage a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to organize and track project tasks and dependencies.
- Oversee all contractually required deliverables, including the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical writing, logistics , operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Support workflow development and maintain compliance with quality and risk management standards.
- Perform additional program management duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one .
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force programs and working as a DoD contractor in a systems integrator role.
- 5- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large, multi-vendor projects. Preferably in defense, aerospace, or government programs.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler or Data Configuration Manager on large federal contracts.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, including:
- Building and maintaining schedules with 1,000+ lines
- Tracking critical path
- Performing resource loading
- Strong knowledge of:
- Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- CDRL and DAL management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SharePoint for document and configuration tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Operations Centers or Command Centers
- Familiarity with Command and Control (C2) systems for the U.S. Air Force
- Experience with C4I systems, including: Audio/Visual systems, Access Control / Intrusion Detection Systems (ACS/IDS), Voice communications, Link 16, Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD)
