Overview
Tecolote Research is seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent analytical and communication skills to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis support to the Assured Access to Space Chief Financial Officer and customers.

Tecolote Research is seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent analytical and communication skills to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis support to the Assured Access to Space Chief Financial Officer and customers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors to assess EVM/Financial information for compliance and performance to program baselines
- Analyze cost, schedule, and risk including Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), variance, trend, EVM and schedule health metrics
- Assist the government customers in the analysis of Over Target Baseline, Over Target Schedule, Major Contract Baseline Modifications, and monthly financial deliverables
- Reconcile financial/EVM deliverables with Integrated Master Schedule
- Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
Skills Required
- A minimum nine (9) years of EVM experience to include a minimum of five (5) years working in a space program environment. Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating is a plus
- Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SSCI 63-107, Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, GAO Cost Estimating & Assessment Guide, NDIA Guide to Managing Program using Predictive Measures, Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and ANSl/EIA Standard 748
- Applicants must demonstrate high level analytical and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, PowerBI, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices. Proficiency in MS Project is a plus.
- Applicants must have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
- Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics is required
- Prior work at SSC is highly desirable
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum Secret security clearance required
