Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Training & Quality Coordinator to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Navy Medicine Records Activity (NMRA), with records processing services. The required services support the release of information, data collection and analysis, tracking tool coordination, training coordination, and project management for the proper retirement of service treatment records (STRs). This is an on-site position in St. Louis, Missouri requiring secret clearance eligibility.

Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Training & Quality Coordinator to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Navy Medicine Records Activity (NMRA), with records processing services. The required services support the release of information, data collection and analysis, tracking tool coordination, training coordination, and project management for the proper retirement of service treatment records (STRs). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Draft, organize, and manage all aspects of training - NMRA SOPs related to NSIPS, Manifesting Systems, and internal ROI.
- Develop, implement, and operate programs to train NMRA personnel on the functions of their job, this requires the contractor to learn all NMRA processes and train new employees and provide continuing education for existing employees, while also looking for process efficiencies.
- Monitor NMRA staff members, including active duty, civilian, and contractor staff to ensure mandatory annual training is completed in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and operate programs to train external personnel, most often active duty, on how to properly process and mail STRs, how to properly use the STR Tracking Tool, and other various required training courses. Training sessions may be conducted weekly or bi-weekly as needed via telephone conference or Teams.
- Develop, implement, and operate programs to ensure internal quality meets the standards set by the Standard Operating Procedures of NMRA.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a training and/or quality assurance environment.
- Experience in coordinating well-managed training sessions from start to finish.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Possess an active Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with processes related to the management of medical records and/or the retirement of service treatment records.
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Defense Collaboration Services is preferred.
- Previous military experience or experience supporting and engaging with the military community preferred.
- Ability to flex working hours when necessary to support virtual OCONUS personnel training.
- Independent self-starter, highly organized and a team player.
