Description
SAIC is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Business Process Modernization Analyst for a future program. Work will be performed on site in Bremerton, WA.
The Modernization Analyst will support the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Program. This is a unique opportunity for those passionate about advancing the U.S. Navy's critical maintenance and operational capabilities. At the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, you will excel in a dynamic environment, supporting national security needs and contributing to advancements in digital networking technologies, disaster recovery operations, encryption, and comprehensive IT infrastructure (ITIL). Additionally, you'll play a key role in refining engineering solutions, enhancing cloud-based infrastructure services, and developing new tools and processes to further the US Navy's operational effectiveness.
This position is contingent upon award, anticipated announcement in Fall 2025.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, additional years of experience may be consider in lieu of degree.
- Experience in participating in COTS/ERP software development phases, including requirements, analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Familiarity with tools like Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft to support process improvements and data integration.
- Skills in conducting process assessments, mapping workflows, and identifying inefficiencies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain project status reports and internal project maps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of standard software development methodologies and proven development standards to develop and test solutions.
- Capability to provide support and training to stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to implement transition plans with minimal service disruption, ensuring no service degradation during transitions.
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI Security clearance
Desired:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

- Ensure minimal service disruption during transitions by implementing the Transition-In Plan within the specified timelines, aiming for seamless integration and no service degradation.
