SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive-level administrative support to the Department of War (DOW) Office of Strategic Capital (OSC). This is an exciting position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting top department leadership within the DOW, Federal Government, and industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and is seeking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to significant national defense initiatives.
This position is full-time on site in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelors and six (6) years of experience. Military or industry Executive Assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the DOW, supporting Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership and/or C-Suite in industry, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Clearance:
• Active SECRET required; Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
• US Citizenship required
Required Skills:
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, team members, and external partners
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with flexibility and resilience
• High level of initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating the needs of customer
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively

Job Description:
- Executive Schedule Management: Efficiently manage and optimize the Senior Leader's complex and fast-moving schedules. De-conflict events to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Executive Meeting Support: Coordinate visit requests, process visitor access, and escort visitors for meetings when needed. Ensure meeting material is received ahead of time to better enable decision and mission outcomes.
- Travel Coordination: Facilitate and streamline domestic and international travel arrangements for government personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS), ensuring compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and mission requirements.
- Problem Solving and Decision Support: Anticipate the needs of leadership by proactively identifying potential issues and providing innovative solutions to address them swiftly.
