About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction to support an upcoming government infrastructure effort in the Coos Bay, Oregon area. This position focuses on coordinating between multiple stakeholders and facilitating collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The scope is tied to a contract not yet awarded, and responsibilities are approximate for pre-award planning purposes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide project management and facilitation across government and contractor teams.
• Lead and coordinate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
• Apply construction knowledge to ensure effective planning, issue resolution, and risk management.
• Maintain key project documentation and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on construction experience required; prior work as a foreman, superintendent, or site manager strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools.
• Ability to travel to Coos Bay, OR as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Public Trust clearance preferred (not required).
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
