StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Architect/SysML in Patuxent River MD. to support our NAVAIR customer's aviation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. The Senior Systems Architect/SysML will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models and architectures using CAMEO Systems Modeler based on contract requirements.
• Define and enforce modeling standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Create and modify custom attributes and update/maintain CAMEO reports based on project training materials and requirements.
• Integrate CAMEO models with various enterprise tools, including seamless data exchange with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Architect and develop custom Teamcenter solutions, including workflows, data models, stylesheets, and integrations.
• Manage a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Provide training and support to other users in the proper use of CAMEO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, program managers, and military stakeholders, to capture requirements and translate them into robust system models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to modeling tools and PLM systems.
Travel Requirements:
• Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a CAMEO Modeler or Systems Architect.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.
• Proven track record in developing complex models using SysML/UML in a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
• Moderate experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including administration, configuration, and customization (e.g., stylesheets, workflows, BMIDE).
• 3+ years of experience in a lead developer or team lead role, with a strong ability to guide and mentor others.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $126,000.00 - $162,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
