Program Analyst (Aviation Supply)

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time Program Management Analyst, Journeyman (Supply), in Patuxent River, MD, for supply chain support for a NAVAIR Acquisition/Operations contract . The Program Management Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
• Works with vendors and manufacturers to manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)
• Follow the PMA's DMSMS Plan for spares, repairs, overhauls, reliability metrics,
• Obsolescence management
• Logistics/ Supply Chain analysis / Management
• Risk assessment
• Mitigation strategy development (critical skill set)
• MSG DMSMS Products and Services
• Bill of Material (BOM) Development
• BOM Parts Research
• Uploading BOMS
• BOM Management
• Research Parts Alerts
• Develop Parts Alert Quad Chart
• Provide alternative COA’s to mitigate DMSMS impacts
• Develop Health Assessments
• Research Parts availability for potential Depot Standup
• Assist in DMSMS SOW/CDRL development
• Review / Tailor existing SOW
• Identify associated CDRLs
• Assist Program Office in the development of DMP
• Review and update DMP
• Help prepare Program Offices for a successful ILA
• Support various Program Office meetings, including:
-PMR
-ILSMT
-Weekly/Bi-weekly/monthly
• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Tracks program/project status and schedules

Experience Requirements:
• 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Experience with Aviation Supply with Joint Program Offices is a plus.
Education Requirements:
• BA/BS degree
• Associate degree plus Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
• OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

The estimated base salary range for this position is $73,000.00 -$113,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
