The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry Level Software Engineer-Developer to join the B-52 Software Blocks (BSB) team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The software block process focuses on performing corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance on fielded B-52 software.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start).

- Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems
- Develop and maintain code, integrating software components into a fully functional system
- Collaborate on software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments
- Execute test procedures and document results to ensure software system requirements are met

- Experience writing and testing software

- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Prioritize customer needs and build products with the end-user in mind.
- Motivated to learn and grow as an engineer, with experience or interest in C++, Ada 95, Java, and more
- Collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
- Able to embrace change, learn from failure, and solve complex problems in an agile environment.
- Experience with C++, Ada 95, Java, git, Python, Linux
- Shipped products in multiple technology stacks
- Experience writing production code in the mentioned technologies
