Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Air Mobility Command (AMC) at Scott AFB, IL.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee overall contract performance, serving as the single point of contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Ensuring compliance with reporting, travel management, and mission-essential task continuity.
• Provide strategic advice on risks and organizational conflict of interest (OCI), coordinate deliverables, and ensure adherence to performance thresholds.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience in DoD management, including 5+ years leading advisory and assistance services (A&AS) contracts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III in Program Management required.
• Secret Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and metrics tracking.
• Ability to ensure overall PWS compliance and meet no-rework thresholds on reports.
The primary location for performance of the work will be Scott AFB, IL with occasional CONUS travel.
