Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to support the Air Mobility Command (AMC) at Scott AFB, IL.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design and deliver role-based training for MPS CD-4 users, including curriculum plans and on-site/virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams or Captiva.
• Analyze user needs for JMPS/JOMS transitions, develop training materials, and incorporate feedback to enhance user proficiency.
• Ensure training continuity contingencies (e.g., via pre-recorded modules).
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in DoD training development, including 3+ years with aviation or mission planning systems (e.g., training for MAF functional users like aircrews on C-17, KC-46).
• ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or equivalent instructional design certification preferred.
• Experience with agile training methodologies and contested environment scenarios.
• Secret Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Captiva, and e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle).
• Ability to develop curriculum and conduct independent training events.
• Strong needs analysis and feedback integration skills.
The primary location for performance of the work will be Scott AFB, IL with CONUS travel (anticipated at 40%).
