Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the Air Mobility Command (AMC) at Scott AFB, IL.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide engineering support for MPS modernization, including the transition from JMPS to JOMS/NOMS and integration with command and control (C2), cyber, and ATM/ICAO-compliant systems.
• Analyze architecture and data implications for CD-4, support testing/fielding, and participate in IPTs/WGs.
• Ensure continuity for technical reviews.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in DoD systems engineering, including 5+ years with MAF platforms (e.g., C-130, KC-46 mission planning) and MPS integration (e.g., with JADC2, GAMSS).
• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEO) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in cyber compliance, agile testing, and system architecture analysis.
• Secret Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in systems modeling tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo).
• Ability to oversee architecture design and perform independent fielding analysis.
• Knowledge of DoD standards and ICAO/ATM requirements.
• Strong technical communication skills.
The primary location for performance of the work will be Scott AFB, IL with occasional CONUS travel (anticipated at 25%).
