Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Operations Research Analyst to support the Air Mobility Command (AMC) at Scott AFB, IL.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of MPS processes, such as testing plans for MAFPS/JMPS and agile assessments.
• Develop Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and Key System Attributes (KSAs), recommend operational enhancements based on data, and analyze fielding plans and interoperability with systems like JADC2 and GAMSS.
• Ensure continuity for feasibility studies, particularly in logistics and aerial refueling scenarios.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years in DoD analytical roles, including 5+ years with mission planning systems (e.g., MAFPS, JMPS in MAF contexts) and agile development methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or INFORMS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in KPP/KSA development, operational data analysis for Air Force programs, and supporting AMC in contested environments.
• Secret Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications:
• Expertise in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB for metrics development).
• Ability to lead prioritization meetings and conduct independent studies.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., cyber, ATM/ICAO).
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
The primary location for performance of the work will be Scott AFB, IL with CONUS travel (anticipated at 30%).
