We are seeking an experienced and intellectually curious All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in supporting strategic and operational-level research and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in all-source intelligence, deep research capabilities, and experience producing intelligence products. The analyst will play a critical role in producing historically grounded, forward-looking intelligence products that support planning, policy development, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth all-source intelligence analysis with a focus on foreign defense capabilities, intentions, and historical context.
  • Perform deep-dive research using classified intelligence sources, open-source academic and archival resources, and specialized databases.
  • Produce intelligence products, case studies, white papers, and presentations in support of operational and strategic objectives• Engage with and support COCOMs and IC agency partners; prior experience within these environments is highly desirable.
  • Utilize machine learning tools, large language models (LLMs), and advanced data analysis methods where applicable to enhance research and analytical output.
  • Participate in collection management activities and contribute to shaping collection strategies.
  • Communicate findings through strong written and oral presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.


Requirements:
  • Background and formal training in all-source intelligence analysis.
  • Active TS-SCI clearance.
  • Deep research skills, including the ability to source and synthesize information from classified and open-source environments.
  • Experience working in or supporting Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Joint Staff, or Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Familiarity with IC tasking mechanisms, information portals, and communities of interest.
  • Strong presentation, briefing, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical objectivity and the ability to defend findings on complex or contentious issues.
  • Experience in the analysis of historic defense topics, to develop case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Enterprising attitude to examine resources and information from other institutions (academia, military institutions, National Archives, Library of Congress, State Department Archives, lexus nexus, etc).
  • Strong level of knowledge of intelligence community organizations, information portals, tasking mechanisms, and communities of interest.
  • Ability to objectively assess and defend positions on analytically contentious topics.
  • Intellectual curiosity to track down information from a range of traditional intelligence, and non-traditional sources.


Preferred:
  • Experience leveraging machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), or large language models (LLMs) in support of intelligence analysis.
  • Familiarity with academic, governmental, and historical research institutions (e.g., Library of Congress, National Archives, State Department records).
  • Knowledge and curiosity about historical defense topics and their relevance to current and future operational environments.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to uncover insights through unconventional and traditional sources.
  • A proactive and enterprising mindset, with a willingness to explore underutilized data and research avenues.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to operate effectively in joint, interagency, and cross-functional teams.
