Tyto Athene is searching for a Project Manager Level II to support a multi-year contract supporting the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services. The Project Manager will assist the A6 IT Operations teams as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Problem Manager on an as needed basis and will facilitate the restoration of critical services. As the Project Manager problem management assistance may take priority over process analysis tasks.

Responsibilities :
- Monitor the task activities for the Government for supported Enterprise functions.
- Task activities include, but are not limited to, projects, upgrades, remediation actions, and new technology insertion.
- Provide overall oversight of the functional areas work plans.
- Identify trade-offs between short and long-term goals with the needs of stakeholders.
- Develop positive cross-functional relationships between business units, human resources, IT, and other groups to track service levels.
- Align tasks with business' goals and understand connections across organizational boundaries.
- Ensure cross-functional projects are aligned with the overall goals.
- Provide information and input into to the local change management process.
- Document service offerings.
- Assist in adherence to audit, legal and compliance governance issues relative to services offered.
- Maintain technical knowledge in services offered and operational management of those services; review professional publications; assist to benchmark state-of-the-art practices.
- Provide input for training, process or equipment deficiencies.
- Facilitate lateral and vertical communication related to the tasks/activities.
- Coordinate at all levels to maintain local and AFNet services:
- Local technicians
- AFRC leadership
- AFNet organizations
- Other MAJCOMs
- 688th Cyberspace Wing
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure new, deployed technologies are documented, tested, and validated.
- Participate in new technology research.
- Establish/maintain a program to document, trend, and perform analyses on performance and assigned task accomplishment.
- During base-level/enterprise incident/problem events, provide and monitor a troubleshooting forum dedicated to restoring services.
- Ensure the correct functional IT representatives are invited and participating. Provide status of troubleshooting efforts to A6 leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 or more years of experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Professional attitude with the ability to interact with executives and customers at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or an equivalent scheduling tool.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Management and/or equivalent experience.
- On site support at Warner Robins in GA.
Desired:
- PMP Certification
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional
Location:
- Work on site at Robins AFRC in GA.
Security Clearance Required:
- Active DoD Secret clearance

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
