Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure to ensure efficient, scalable data pipelines producing high-quality outputs
- Oversee day-to-day operations of high-priority data production pipelines, ensuring progress and delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate domain knowledge into scalable processes and measurable outcomes
- Work directly with customers to design data taxonomies that enhance model performance
- Use analytics and visualization tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize pipeline performance
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams to solve complex challenges and advance LLM development
- Take ownership of increasingly large components of data delivery processes, ultimately leading high-visibility, high-impact pipelines
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 2-3 years of experience in product development, data science, or operations
- Proven project management skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex operational data, build queries, and identify trends
- Technical aptitude for supporting post-training techniques such as:
- Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT)
- Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF)
- Reinforcement Learning with Verifiable Rewards (RLVR)
- Experience in defense technology or AI-focused organizations
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of ML operations for Generative AI workflows and products
- Work at the forefront of AI innovation in the public sector, shaping solutions with national impact
