Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Senior Enterprise Analysis Lead to serve as a technical advisor to support the Government performing analysis on complex space systems needs for the intelligence and DoD communities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Supports mission analysis assessments and studies with external partners and in partnership with Directorates and Program Offices
- Coordinates assessments of architecture impacts, architecture trades, and architecture performance assessments with the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, Chief Architect, and Government Analysis Portfolio Lead
- Manages development, test, and validation of systems assessment methodologies and tools such as AFSIM, STK, SOAP, MATLAB, and potentially organically developed software
- Analysis of space systems, performance metrics, timelines, and models
- Identify and document issues impacting both spacecraft and ground systems through objective analysis and processes
- Support orbital analysis, including threats assessments/impacts, trades, and analyses
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups to drive resolution plans and strategies for complex technical challenges
- Generate and maintain technical documentation and reports
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret - SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.
- STEM Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of space related IC or DoD experience
- Knowledge of satellite relevancy to Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community unique missions
- Experience in software development with object-oriented design, version control practices, and agile tools and processes
Preferred qualifications:
- STEM Master's degree
- Experience with analytical tools such as AFSIM, STK, SOAP, MATLAB, Python
- Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering tools and languages
- Experience with USSF or USAF modeling and simulation groups
