TMC Technologies is in search of a Program Manager to join our team in providing information technology (IT) support services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), under the Office of The Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This is an active bid and contract award is expected in October 2025. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess a minimum of an active Top Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements.
The Program Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Plans, initiates, and strategically oversees information technology projects.
- Leads and guide the work of IT Leads while servings as liaison between the project teams and management.
- Plans and works in a well-defined lifecycle process while coordinating resources and meeting delivery dates.
- Creates, monitors, and updates JIRA ticketing epics and features and produce status reports based on JIRA stages and input from the IT Lead.
- Provides strategic oversight on a variety of projects ensuring viability and sustainability (JIRA workflow, FinOps support, Cloudscape Support, Financial Tracking support, SharePoint Support etc.).
- Engages internal and external stakeholder to manage expectations and ensure alignment of project goals.
- Identifies and mitigates risk while developing response strategies.
- Presents to leadership on project status, risk/blockers and future taskings.
- Defines scope, creates plans, sets milestones, manages resources.
- Ensures quality end product and performs project closeouts validating activities are finalized by conducting a post-project evaluation.
Job Requirements
US Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
Minimum of 5+ years' experience recommended.
In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
