Within MITRE's Intelligence Center, the Multi Domain Force Intelligence Department's mission is to enhance our sponsors' policy formulation, planning, and strategy execution across the national security enterprise through all-source intelligence and resource analysis that informs decision-making to address threats in an era of strategic competition. Our vision is to guide the formulation and implementation of strategy and policy that enables sponsor transformation and address emerging national and global challenges by unlocking the full potential of intelligence analysis to advance the missions of our sponsors. The Department is accountable and responsible for programs with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD I&S), The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), and the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).
Roles & Responsibilities:
MITRE's Multi Domain Force Intelligence Department is seeking an experienced all-source intelligence analyst to lead a team of data scientists and engineers supporting MITRE's sponsors. Responsibilities include providing intelligence support to Information Warfare operations by identifying access vectors, developing a foundational understanding of target systems and systems of systems, and identifying critical systems and processes within target environments. This is a leadership position with the successful candidate leading and overseeing:

Responsibilities include providing intelligence support to Information Warfare operations by identifying access vectors, developing a foundational understanding of target systems and systems of systems, and identifying critical systems and processes within target environments. This is a leadership position with the successful candidate leading and overseeing:
- Collaboration with cyber operators and planners to define intelligence requirements for offensive cyber missions
- Prioritization of intelligence needs based on operational objectives, target selection, and anticipated adversary actions
- Development and refinement of Requests For Information, Key Intelligence Questions, and Essential Elements of Intelligence
- Identification and leveraging of sources and methods (e.g., SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, etc.) to gather relevant data on adversary networks, systems, and vulnerabilities
- Application of analytical tools and techniques to correlate disparate data sources, identify patterns, and validate intelligence
- Analysis of intelligence to identify exploitable vulnerabilities, adversary TTPs, and critical assets
- Assessment of the operational relevance and potential impact of intelligence findings on offensive cyber planning and execution
- Development of Target System Analyses and recommend courses of action based on exploitation results
- Production and delivery of timely intelligence products (reports, briefings, updates) to cyber operators, planners, and decision-makers
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph
- Ability to effectively present task outcomes to a sponsor representative
- Knowledge of the role of intelligence in supporting offensive cyber operations
- Experience applying systems engineering principles to leverage threat intelligence for offensive cyber activities
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams of engineers, data analysts, and intelligence analysts
- Familiarity with naval systems and operations
- This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in information warfare and the associated intelligence support functions
- Experience briefing and interacting with U.S. Navy Flag Officers and senior U.S. government civilian officials
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary task and project teams
- Extensive technical expertise in naval combat, navigation, communications, SIGINT, and/or weapon systems
