The Fun Stuff:
• Bring complex topics to life! You’ll make even the most intricate issues clear and engaging through beautiful graphics and charts that synthesize information from multiple sources
• Collaborate with teammates to create powerful, polished products that tell compelling stories through timely reports, insightful assessments, and sleek visuals
• Whether it’s a deep-dive study or an executive briefing, your work will shine in multiple formats including print and digital
• Employ critical thinking and visual problem solving to illustrate complex data relationships
• Gain a deeper understanding of how raw information becomes actionable insight
The Necessities:
• You have a degree in graphic design or similar field. (4 more years of experience may be substituted for a degree)
• You are fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite tools, primarily InDesign and Illustrator
• You have a keen sense of typography, layout, and color with a hunger for innovation
• Your design eye is so refined that you can adapt your style to any challenge that is thrown at you
• Your ability to design for multiple platforms, including print and web, is second nature
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, as well as the ability to articulate design concepts directly to clients
• You can communicate complex issues clearly both verbally and non-verbally
• You know how to hit deadlines and get the job done

The Salary:
Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
