The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst Integration Senior Manager to join the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division, located in San Antonio, TX. This role provides executive -level financial leadership to one of Boeing's most high-profile programs, the VC-25B.

This highly visible program integrates cutting-edge aerospace technology, rigorous security requirements, and complex partnerships. Its success is critical to both Boeing's reputation and national defense, making it one of the most prestigious and challenging assignments within the company.

As the Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including planning, forecasting, and ensuring performance aligns with both program and business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with program managers and stakeholders across Boeing, as well as frequent executive level communication on a highly complex and dynamic program. In this role you will play a pivotal part in driving business strategy and achieving financial results for one of Boeings most critical defense programs.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Coach, counsel, mentor, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing developmental feedback.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
  • Manage program costs in a compliant manner.
  • Ensure the work statement is completed on schedule and within budget; proactively manage variances to identify risks, opportunities, and recovery plans.
  • Strategize, review, and approve the Estimate at Completion (EAC), including robust management of opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the annual Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) process; provide monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Provide strategic, financial, and thought leadership to functional and program managers across VC-25B.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience management or leading teams at various levels
  • 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent cost management systems
  • 5+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
  • 5+ years of experience with financial forecasting
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing budget baselines and Estimates At Complete (EAC)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
  • Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data especially
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in revenue and proposal management
  • Experience with business case analysis (problem identification, quantitative modeling and problem solving)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $157,250 - $212,750

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
