You will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Engineering Program Coordinator for the Future Capabilities And Technology (FCAT) Innovation and Solutions (I&S) contract on the System Modernization Working Group (SMWG) team.

Our SMWG team is responsible for the development of Pre-Program Of Record (Pre-POR) studies of capabilities for insertion and integration into the F-35 Program baseline. The study work includes capability conops development, technology maturation study, capability integration/insertion roadmap and the Air System Impact Assessment (ASIA) activity.

What You Will Be Doing

Seeking an experienced engineering professional who seeks an opportunity in a challenging, fast paced, high visibility environment requiring balance between engineering skills, technical awareness, and strategic thinking to ensure successful execution of the largest defense program in history.

Specific tasks will include the following:

• Cost Account Manager for all engineering System Modernization Working Group (SMWG) control accounts.

• Support the SMWG Tech Lead, the OBS Manager and PMs with daily management of cost and schedule of all SMWG related studies.

• Provide engineering support to PMs with FCAT I&S contract development, programmatic events (PMR, Proposal and Baselining Activities)

• Provide support to the SMWG Tech Leads, Study Leads and SMWG team at large with cost, schedule and technical activities to ensure SMWG studies are completed on time and within cost objective.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of CAM and/or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) related tasks and processes

• Knowledge with Proposal BOEs and labor estimating

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree

• Interim Secret or higher security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Ability to get CAM certified
• Prior Control Account Manager (CAM) or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Strong task coordination and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience using APTS
• Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communications skills, including briefing to stakeholders outside of current team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools emphasizing Excel and PowerPoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
