We are seeking an accomplished Senior Master Scheduler Advisor to provide strategic leadership in the planning, integration, and execution of complex FAA programs. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the central authority on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring that program activities are synchronized across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, material control, quality, and subcontractor teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning program execution with contractual requirements, enabling proactive risk management, supporting Earned Value Management (EVM), and driving successful program outcomes.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of program-level IMS in alignment with program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), contractual milestones, and FAA objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight of scheduling activities across multiple functional teams, geographically dispersed sites, and subcontractors-ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
- Identify risks, critical paths, and resource conflicts early, and drive mitigation strategies that keep programs on track.
- Partner with executive leadership, FAA stakeholders, engineering, and functional organizations to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure schedules are fully integrated with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, performance reporting, and compliance with all contractual deliverables (CDRLs).
- Drive schedule analysis and reporting in support of major program reviews (PDR, CDR, SRR, TRR) and other high-stakes milestones.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior schedulers-establishing best practices, strengthening schedule discipline, and promoting a culture of operational excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, communicating complex schedule challenges and solutions with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications
- Over 12 years of experience in scheduling or program management within FAA, aerospace, or defense programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and critical path analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard scheduling tools, including Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of FAA NAS programs, aviation systems development, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence program direction and decision-making.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience managing schedules for complex, multi-site, and multi-contractor programs.
- Ability to translate schedule analysis into actionable, strategic recommendations.
- Background in mentoring junior team members and implementing scheduling best practices across organizations.
