Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HB), specifically within the HBU Force Protection Division.
The HBU Force Protection Division supports Air Force and Joint users with site surveys, security system installations, and technology development for force protection, including programs like Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS), Tactical Automated Security System (TASS), Fixed Site Security, Modeling & Simulation, and Advanced Technology initiatives.
This is a full-time, onsite position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD program scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for HBU Force Protection programs.
- Coordinate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the PMO to ensure schedule alignment and mission success.
- Develop and deliver IMS technical products such as GANTT charts, network diagrams, and schedule reports for program leadership.
- Support requirements development, plan preparation, and feasibility assessments for program execution.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain program timelines.
- Communicate schedule objectives, changes, and status updates to stakeholders, leadership, and program teams.
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management tools
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, milestones, and documentation requirements
- Ability to integrate cost, schedule, and performance data for program planning and execution
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong understanding of IMS best practices and DCMA schedule quality metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong briefing and presentation abilities for leadership and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability to evolving priorities and program requirements
