REQUIRED EDUCATION: Shall possess a BS degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or other applicable technical field. Education
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
shall be obtained from an accredited college or university. An advanced degree or coursework is desired.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Should possess a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in program management and analysis with at least eight (8) years in senior management.
Personnel should demonstrate working knowledge of Program Management of materials engineering programs in the areas of marine corrosion, materials engineering, corrosion engineering, electrochemistry, coatings assessment, coating testing, and environmental effects as related to US Marine Corps, US Navy vessels, vehicles, weapon systems, and related equipment and have documented experience in managing the Task Areas of the Statement of Work. Personnel should demonstrate working knowledge of the establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs of all Task Areas of the Statement of Work.
CLEARANCE: Shall hold or be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance prior to being granted access to classified information up to the level of Secret.
