Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in the Naval Propulsion Program (NNPP), including experience as a NNPP operator with the experience operating and maintaining nuclear powered warships. Experience with reactor plant equipment and radioactive material associated with the NNPP, including developing, maintaining and coordinating emergency procedures equipment and facilities.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

Help
- You will be responsible for emergencies associated with the nuclear reactor plant , reactor equipment and radioactive material associated with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP).
- You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating emergency procedures, equipment and facilities within cognizant areas of responsibility.
- You will initiate, prepare, monitor and administer radiological emergency planning program policies and procedures for radiological emergency response to NPWs in Guam.
- You will identify actual or potential problem areas with project or program execution and initiate or direct corrective action.
- You will participate in conferences and discussions involving NNPP emergency preparedness.
