Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing DoD higher education information technology (IT) enterprise services and applications to meet organizational strategic goals and objectives, mission and business functions; 2) Providing IT technical expertise and guidance overseeing voice, video and data systems, networks, directory management and related technologies in an academic setting; 3) Performing IT program and project management for an academic institution using integrated development methodologies to define required customer training, documentation, integration, implementation, upgrades, maintenance procedures and critical success factors; and 4) Establishing priorities to ensure completion of assignments and projects.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
