PMI, PMP or equivalent certifications as approved by the COR, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Essential Functions
- Provides expertise in the development and execution of business and financial solutions that adhere to Government and industry best practices and standards.
- Serve as the expert on topics related to business process, service management, portfolio management, capital planning and investment/budgetary control.
- Serve as the expert on topics related to governance frameworks and organizational decision- making models.
- Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the business and financial aspects of the organization.
- Provides a wide range of business and financial expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals.
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Directs and controls activities for a client, project and/or program, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- Interactions involve client, project and/or program negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
- Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the technological aspects of the organization.
- Provide technical expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals.
- Level V performs the most complex independent thinking and tasks compared to a Level IV and may supervise others.
- Provides technical/management leadership for the organization.

- Works closely with the CIO and Division leads to develop project, scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives.
- Works with Division and Branch leads to identify risks and opportunities across departments.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome risks, and produce program reports for mangers and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage strategies and be accountable for delivering against established department goals/objectives.
- Assists with the development of the department, through identifying risks and opportunities, coordinating with knowledge experts.
- Complete orientation and competency verification programs in accordance with department guidelines.
- Complete all required training courses on or before the due date specified.
- When assigned, will serve, and participate in functions and other meetings. Provide relevant and timely information and assists with decision-making and process improvement.
- As required, participate in customer service initiatives and medical readiness activities, designed to enhance health services.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
- Obtain, maintain access to DMHRSi program and complete bi-weekly DMHRSi workload documentation.
- Sign in and out with Time Tracker while on-site to record employee's daily schedule.
- Complete all site required training within stated timelines.
- Create and provide daily or weekly work reports as required to management.
