Description:
- Serve as the BASIS SME for the Project, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized SAP landscapes.
- Lead SAP system migrations (on-prem to cloud), particularly HANA (80%) and Sybase (20%) environments.
- Manage installations, upgrades, and patching for SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and MaxDB/Sybase databases.
- Support SAP ECC, EWM, SCM, BW, and Fiori components.
- Handle SLT replication, NWDI lifecycle processes, and SAP transport (TMS, CTS+).
- Apply DoD STIGs, perform system hardening, and ensure ATO readiness.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and functional teams across multiple locations.
- Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and participate in architectural planning.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SAP BASIS administration across ECC, BW, SCM, and EWM.
- SAP HANA system migrations and application management.
- Sybase and MaxDB database management in SAP environments.
- SAP Fiori setup and troubleshooting.
- SLT, NWDI, and transport management (ChaRM/CTS+).
- Proven experience in cloud-based SAP deployments, preferably AWS GovCloud.
- Familiarity with DoD IT environments, STIG compliance, and cybersecurity policies.
- Ability to travel to LMP sites as needed.
- Must be dedicated full-time to this project - moonlighting not permitted.
- SAP Certifications in BASIS, HANA, or Fiori.
- Experience with EBS-C RISE or related DoD transformation projects.
- Previous support for classified or sensitive SAP landscapes in military environments.
- Knowledge of Solution Manager (SolMan), E2E monitoring, or integration tools.
