The Program Manager Analyst EN will provide functional and specialized support, strategic direction, and oversight of the operations and business functions in support of AFRL enterprise, specifically the Engineering and Technical Management (EN) division .

Responsibilities

  • Support organizational management through information gathering, analysis, and project management support including the recommendation of alternative business operational models.
  • Support, guide, prioritize, and communicate the S&T priorities of AFRL, external (foreign and domestic) partners, industry, academia, and small business, both written and in PowerPoint.
  • Assist with coordinating, organizing, managing, and participating in technical reviews, studies, and analyses.
  • Manage records in various systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum ten (10) years related work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in the DoD OR High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of related work experience
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in the DoD
  • Possess an Active Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability for a variety of duties, to include, business operations, calendar/schedule management, correspondence and data repository, document preparation, electronic records management, information systems operations and management, meeting/event coordination and execution, suspense tracking, and travel management.
