Responsibilities:
- JIRA Engineer designs, implements, and maintains a complex IT system and infrastructure in support of a software asset management tool (JIRA)
- Supports the full system lifecycle from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- ITIL, Atlassian (JIRA) Certification is required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or IT infrastructure support
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
