As a Security Professional- Transportation Center - Part Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic transportation environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure atmosphere for all visitors, travelers, and staff. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents, while your commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive experience for everyone at the location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and respond promptly to any situations that may arise, always acting with integrity and professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observing for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and support security-related needs.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure environment in the transportation setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
