As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver in Prineville, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence and attention to detail will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all employees, visitors, and guests. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, responding promptly to any security-related concerns that arise. This position requires a valid driver's license as you may be asked to drive as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific protocols.
• Remain visible and approachable while patrolling to provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and/or contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
