Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team supporting a client in providing data integration capabilities. Applicants will utilize ETL applications and similar tools to develop a modernized transaction processing platform, enhance reporting capabilities for customer data flows, and integrate a new customer portal for transaction transparency and efficient customer onboarding.

About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team supporting a client in providing data integration capabilities. What you'll do
- Responsible for virtual training review and guidance for implementation of best practices.
- Oversee virtual training guidance and best practices during the development of organizational training plans.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to contractor trainer staff.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- BA/BS with eight (8) years of relevant experience in which five (5) years of that are specific to the position.
- Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.
- Relevant information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
- Experience preferred with: Informatica, Oracle B2B, Ab Initio, AWS GovCloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, ServiceNow, and/or Qlik
