Concept Plus is seeking an Application Programmer to join our team supporting a client providing data integration capabilities. Applicants will utilize ETL applications and similar tools to develop a modernized transaction processing platform, enhance reporting capabilities for customer data flows, and integrate a new customer portal for transaction transparency and efficient customer onboarding.

About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an Application Programmer to join our team supporting a client providing data integration capabilities. Applicants will utilize ETL applications and similar tools to develop a modernized transaction processing platform, enhance reporting capabilities for customer data flows, and integrate a new customer portal for transaction transparency and efficient customer onboarding.
What you'll do
- Serve as Sustainment Lead or Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Provide expert level knowledge of sustainment life cycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts.
- Translate detailed design into computer software.
- Design, code, test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met.
- Devise or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
- Preferred Experience using: Informatica, Oracle B2B, Ab Initio, AWS GovCloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, ServiceNow, and/or Qlik.
