OVERVIEW:
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all task order activities for the contractor, and its subcontractors; this includes any activities necessary to meet all task order requirements. The PM will act as the single point of contact for the government PM and COR. The PM will provide strategic support and leadership to the program and ensure that team activities are directly aligned with the overarching Federal guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CLEARANCE:
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all task order activities for the contractor, and its subcontractors; this includes any activities necessary to meet all task order requirements. The PM will act as the single point of contact for the government PM and COR. The PM will provide strategic support and leadership to the program and ensure that team activities are directly aligned with the overarching Federal guidelines.
- Strategic Thinking: Formulates objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with the long-term interest of the GSA and the Federal Government.
- Team Building: Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride and trust.
- Conflict Management: Anticipate and rapidly respond to conflict issues and take steps to prevent non-productive confrontations. The PM will be tolerant of different opinions but manage them in a positive manner.

- Ensure comprehensive and accurate delivery of all services and deliverables. Instill and enforce a positive and collaborative unified team approach.
- Onsite at the primary site 5 days a week, unless otherwise agreed upon
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ten (10) or more years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies and with managing similar Key Personnel types.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in PKI and security technologies.
- Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or an additional 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies, similar or larger scope and complexity involving technology, information assurance and Government-wide policies.
- Experience leading PKI projects at GSA is highly desirable.
- Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and maintain this certification throughout the contract period of performance.
