Strategic Analysis, Inc. is in search of a full-time Office Manager to support the BTO office. The Office Manager for the Biological Technologies Office (BTO) is a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the office and providing critical support to the BTO team. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Office Manager will be responsible for a range of essential administrative and operational tasks, with a specific focus on internal event coordination, mailbox management, SharePoint administration, personnel onboarding, timecard processing, and other ad hoc activities as required. This role contributes significantly to fostering a productive and collaborative work environment within BTO.

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and building management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.

Mailbox Coordination:
• Manage the BTO office's central email inbox, prioritizing, distributing, and responding to incoming correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely routing of emails to appropriate personnel for action.
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible email archive.

Internal Event Planning and Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and execute internal BTO events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure seamless event execution.

SharePoint Management:
• Administer the BTO SharePoint site, ensuring its effective use as a central repository for documents, information, and collaboration tools.
• Create, organize, and maintain document libraries, lists, and workflows within SharePoint.
• Manage user access and permissions within SharePoint.
• Provide support to BTO staff on SharePoint usage.

Personnel Onboarding:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new BTO employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
• Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome packets.
• Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure new hires have the necessary access and equipment.
• Conduct office orientation for new employees, introducing them to BTO policies, procedures, and resources.

Timecard Management:
• Collect, review, and process employee timecards accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timecard compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Address employee inquiries regarding timecard submissions and approvals.

Ad Hoc Activities:
• Provide general administrative support to BTO staff as needed, including preparing documents, escorting visitors, and running presentations for internal BTO meetings.
• Support other office management functions as requested by the BTO Director or designated staff.
• Manage distribution lists, folder accesses, etc as staff arrive and depart

Education:
Associate's degree or higher with at least 2 Years of Experience
