Responsibilities
The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations. These networks enable critical command and control capabilities.
PMW 160 comprises four divisions: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Future Capabilities, Platform Application Services (PAS), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Noblis is seeking Systems Engineers to provide support for PMW 160, programs include CANES and ADNS as well as functional support for cyber security, installation, logistics , software development, rack integration, network design, server/storage and other computing devices, cloud implementation, MBSE and other future technologies. Candidates will support the design to sustainment engineering of the PMW 160 portfolio of programs. Candidates must be proficient in secure communications, advanced technologies and network design.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to design specifications, requirements and operations of Tactical networks programs
- Develop design solutions for current operations and future capabilities, identify new technologies , cyber solutions and operations enhancements.
- Lead integrated product teams for new capability designs.
- Create design courses of actions, conduct evaluations, coordinate with vendors and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with new capabilities such as AI/ML, MBSE, DevSecOps and Automation
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Degree in engineerin g or related field.
Junior level (Compensation $70,000-$109,375)
- Bachelor's degree
- OR associate's degree with 3 years of experience.
- OR high school diploma with 6 years of experience.
Mid level (Compensation $77,000-$120,275)
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience
- OR associate's degree with 6+ years of experience.
- OR high school diploma with 9+ years of experience.
- Experience with the engineering and integration of domain and enterprise services software for DoD Afloat Network systems (CANES, ADNS, ISNS, CENTRIXS, SCI Networks, SUBLAN, and/or COMPOSE).
- Experience as a System Engineer in support to a PEO C4I Program Office or similar DoD organization. Information
- Proficient with advanced technologies such as containerization, machine learning, automation, and others
- Experience with transitioning low Technology Readiness Levels
Senior level (Compensation $93,200-$145,550)
- Master's degree and 10 years of experience
- OR bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience
- OR associate's degree with 15 years of experience
- OR High School diploma with 18 years of experience
- Experience with the engineering and integration of domain and enterprise services software for DoD Afloat Network systems (CANES, ADNS, ISNS, CENTRIXS, SCI Networks, SUBLAN, and/or COMPOSE).
- Experience as a System Engineer in support to a PEO C4I Program Office or similar DoD organization. Information

- CSWF Training ( i.e.. Security+, CISSP, CCNA, MS, others)
