You will be the Procurement Engineer Stf for the team. Our team is responsible for providing Acquisition Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to USG customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Procurement Engineer Stf, you will be responsible for compiling and staffing procurement packages for the acquisition of commercial supplies and services, coordinating with stakeholders, and collaborating with end users to define acquisition requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Compiling and staffing procurement packages for commercial supplies and services
  • Coordinating with Requirement Owners, Contracting Specialists, and Contracting Officers to identify solutions and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure staffing actions and documents progress to completion
  • Preparing and refining supporting contracting documentation, including Market Research Reports and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Analyzing technical data and investigating potential suppliers based on assessments of response to product cost, estimated lead times, and past performance

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation supplement (DFAR).

Must have final Top Secret clearance, eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Must have experience in requisition tracking status from initiation to delivery.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
