The Operations Research and C5ISR Analysis (ORCA) group is seeking a Space Operations Analyst to provide on-site support in San Diego, CA to the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) and Space Security & Defense Program (SSDP). The candidate will leverage simulation systems to support multi-domain military operations and drive the analytical process. Operations Analysts apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and analytical tools to identify trends, analyze complex data, and solve real-world challenges. Qualified candidates should be able to effectively communicate analytic results, understand current and future space system capabilities, and apply a nalytical and engineering methodologies to solve operational problems.

- Coordinate Industry Days.
- Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.
- Provide administrative source selection support.
- Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.
CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $79K - $87K.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired
- One (1) year of professional experience in contract management
- Professional experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts
