What You'll Do
- Deploy on short-term (12 weeks to 6 months) federal contracts to support urgent ServiceNow initiatives.
- Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, SAM, or custom solutions).
- Support system design, integration, and migration in secure/air-gapped environments.
- Collaborate with DVS and government stakeholders to deliver on-time, high-quality results.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure smooth handoffs at the end of assignments.
Who We're Looking For
- Active Secret or higher clearance
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience as a Developer, Engineer, Architect, or Administrator.
- Strong understanding of secure environments, including cloud, on-prem, or hybrid deployments.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Previous federal or DoD contract experience a plus.
