Torch Technologies is seeking a Security Specialist to join our team providing support for the Air Force Weapons effort at Robins AFB, GA.

As a Security Specialist, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Perform administrative functions and duties in accordance with DoD regulations and guidance required in the performance of duties.
• Verifying and processing request for personnel access for unit personnel, record and remove access to collateral classified information, and provide security education and training, etc.
• Personnel security support includes, but is not limited to managing the Personnel Security Management Network, initiate and review personnel security investigations, in/out processing individuals, verifying security clearance eligibility via Defense Information Security System (DISS) (or successor system) and submit visit requests, etc.
• Industrial security support includes, but is not limited to ensuring security forms (e.g., AF Form 310, Document Receipt and Destruction Certificate, DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, SF 700, Security Container Check Sheet, etc.) are correctly completed/used, etc.
• Physical security support includes, but is not limited to: providing advice on implementing DoD, USAF, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Major Commands (MAJCOMs) policies and directives for the construction, protection, and operation of open storage facilities; preparing and submitting alarm letters, preparing accreditation packages, facility and alarm diagrams, inspectable space determinations, and other essential physical security documents for approval-by-approval agencies.
• Operations security support includes but is not limited to providing assistance to program managers and Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) in the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to obtain Approval to Operate (ATO).

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Education - High School Diploma plus 9 years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• An in-depth knowledge of the physical security program and the knowledge required to implement DOD, USAF, DIA, and MAJCOM policies and directives for the construction, protection, and operation of all facilities.
• An in-depth knowledge of the personnel security program and the knowledge to establish procedures for processing requests for security accesses for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Must have a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
