Job Description

As a Security Officer - Financial Site Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This is a primarily driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle, maintaining awareness of your surroundings, and communicating clearly with both team members and visitors. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients and guests with professionalism and courtesy. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry points and/or verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
