Under supervision, manages specific aspects of projects for technical teams and departments within the healthcare environment. This includes organizing and managing teams, developing project plans and schedules, managing issues, risks, and costs, managing to schedule and scope, and communicating at all levels of the technology department. Will report directly to Technical Site Manager / Technical Project Manager. Assist in the creation and planning of activities. Assist in the deployment and organization of resources for medium to large projects.

  • Ability to set up, plan, manage, report, and communicate small projects and direct the completion of projects within proper scope, budge,t and
  • schedule.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrate sufficient understanding of some functions to structure and manage project work. Generate innovative and practical solutions to complex or unusual problems.
  • Support client relationship management and oversee IT project execution and reporting.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Act as a lead resource for addressing project issues and have the ability to lead projects.
  • Understands the appropriate escalation process.
  • Work with the team to make decisions considering the degree of impact on the areas involved.
  • Demonstrated ability to reach agreement and potential solutions through flexibility and compromise with peers, customers/clients, and managers.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related peripheral equipment is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Structure and manage projects to meet client expectations, deliver value, and minimize potential obstacles and risks.
  • Understand and manage stakeholder needs and build commitment to project solutions that deliver target business value.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to work with all levels within the organization and produce clear and concise reports of relatively complicated issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Strong knowledge of PC's, printer hardware, and software configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of repair, troubleshooting techniques, and test equipment.
  • 3+ years managing Desktop or EUC-related projects such as PC refresh projects.
  • Experience managing or leading 10+ PC technicians.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $62,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
