MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Voice & Communication Technician to join our team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the operation and maintenance efforts for audiovisual technologies.
- Responsible for developing and implementing plans for the troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of AV system equipment.
- Interfaces with users, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience expectations are exceeded, and emergent industry best practices are routinely considered.
- Provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 7+ years of ex[eroemce with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- A candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education.
- Experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual presentation systems and IT/networks.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with military/diplomatic operations working within a J-6/G-6/S-6 Directorate or with Special Operations Forces (SOF) or the Department of State (DoS) facilitating user access to and use of video display and conferencing across multiple commands and agencies.
- Technical and maintenance skills to perform audiovisual troubleshooting. In-depth understanding of broadcast and video, multimedia, video teleconferencing systems, video and audio streaming technologies and standards.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
