Overview
Integration Innovation Inc. (i3) is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst/ISSO to support both our corporate enterprise IT network and our classified information systems operating within a secure space. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in implementing and managing security controls across diverse environments, ensuring compliance with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC 2.0 requirements, as well as classified system security standards (NIST SP 800-53).
This position requires supporting information systems and networks in a classified space in addition to the corporate enterprise network.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in implementing and managing security controls across diverse environments, ensuring compliance with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC 2.0 requirements, as well as classified system security standards (NIST SP 800-53).
This position requires supporting information systems and networks in a classified space in addition to the corporate enterprise network.
Responsibilities
Enterprise IT Environment
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of the enterprise network to ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC 2.0 controls and requirements.
- Implement, manage, and monitor security tools and technologies (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners) to detect, respond to, and mitigate threats.
- Perform continuous monitoring activities, analyze security events and logs, and respond to incidents in coordination with enterprise IT teams.
- Maintain and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plans (SSP, POA&M, IRP, CM, CP) for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security architecture, enforce security baselines, and conduct enterprise risk assessments.
Classified Environment
- Serve as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for classified systems operating in a secure space.
- Enforce physical, technical, and administrative security controls required by applicable DoD security policies.
- Coordinate with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Facility Security Officer (FSO), and government security representatives to maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) and ensure compliance.
- Conduct security control assessments, media handling, audit log reviews, user training, and incident response within the classified environment.
- Support classified system configuration management, account management, and change control processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6-12 years of relevant experience.
- US Citizenship required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain required. Candidate must have the ability to obtain Top Secret if required.
- CompTIA Security+ CE (required); advanced certifications (CISSP, CAP, CISM, or CASP+) preferred.
- Strong understanding of and experience with NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, DoD RMF, DFARS, and CMMC 2.0 compliance frameworks.
- Experience performing RMF lifecycle activities and supporting system ATO packages for classified systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise and classified environments leveraging Splunk, Tenable, XDR solutions, firewalls (Palo Alto Networks, Cisco), and virtualization/cloud platforms (VMware, Microsoft Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-stress environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, leadership, and government security personnel.

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
