Western Door Federal is seeking a full-time Program Manager to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), G8 Directorate in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Program Manager will oversee all contract activities, drive team effectiveness, and ensure alignment of work to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Manage the overall effectiveness of the team, ensuring work is aligned to meet contract deliverables and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
  • Direct the development and automation of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, OBIEE, SharePoint, Excel) to optimize financial management processes and provide real-time visibility for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on financial execution, including order closeout, refunds, and reconciliation activities.
  • Lead weekly and quarterly meetings with key stakeholders and coordinate internal team meetings to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract matters, ensuring smooth transitions and service integrations.
  • Engage with regional leads and clients to ensure uninterrupted support coverage and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for team members and clients, addressing recurring issues and improving user proficiency (e.g., O2C, Utilities Program, RGP UMC).
  • Lead the creation and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training packages to support process improvement and knowledge transfer.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technical agility to enhance operational continuity and data integrity.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of contract deliverables (e.g., CDRLs, dashboards, status reports), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues at the lowest level, implementing corrective action plans as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Favorable T-3, T-3R or NACLC adjudication.
  • 10 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing financial management related services.
  • Bachelor's degree discipline: Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.
  • Previous experience using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
  • Previous experience working with the Marine Corps or the Marine Corps Installation Command/Subordinate Command is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Unless otherwise noted, education and experience may be substituted on a 1:1 basis.

Desired Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management systems, dashboard/reporting automation, and data analytics (Power BI, OBIEE, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Experience developing and delivering training and SOPs for financial processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem resolution, process improvement, and deliverable management.
