Responsibilities

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000/Year, DOE
Skills Required
- Program Office experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ACEIT (www.aceit.com) is highly desirable.
- The position requires experience with cost estimating such as learning curves, inflation, regression, Operations & Support estimating, statistics, cost estimating principles/ DoD acquisition policies and have a working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management process.
- Must have the ability to gather and analyze technical, programmatic, schedule, labor and cost data to support the development of various types of cost estimates.
- Must have the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations, formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation and other managerial functions.
- Must be able to identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials and labor expenses.
- Ability to use computer software to calculate estimates and develop IGCEs and other cost related data reports.
- Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.
- Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Education
