SAIC currently has an opening for an Integration Specialist in Huntsville, AL.
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assisting in developing schedules and agendas for meetings
- Supporting specific working groups
- Supporting capability developers in day-to-day tasks
- Report weekly accomplishments to key leaders
- Handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadline
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Must possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to develop event-based schedules based on key events; developing calendar-based schedules with expected task and event completion dates with dependency relationships among tasks; and development of briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses
Desired Skills: - Coordinate travel arrangements, authorizations, and payment vouchers through the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Track and process visitor access requests (VARs) using DISS
- Familiar with Knowledge Management Support Tool (KMST), Sharepoint, INFOSEC regulations and AR 25-50
- Maintain and update weekly staff call slides and accurate PERSTAT reports
- Support event planning and attendance tracking
- Facilitate in-processing and out-processing of military personnel
