Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Extra-Large Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (XLUUV) ISEA Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced submariner engineer with strong operational credentials. Candidate will provide direct support for the Navy’s XLUUV program. This is a mission-critical opportunity to shape sustainment and maintenance practices for one of the Navy’s most advanced undersea capabilities. The candidate will be a leader who can teach the team to fish — building independence, driving knowledge capture, and reducing reliance on OEM support. You will need to help the Navy safely operate and test these vehicles even as you build the sustainable procedures for doing so.
Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.
